If you Block any website Then you Must Modify Host File for your PC .you can fine host file in this location C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ Open It By Notepad Just follow my Simple Instruction
1. Start You PC
2. Click on Start >>> Run
3. C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
4. Now Open Then Host File By Notepad
5. You will fine 127.0.0.1 localhost in the last line of host file (if you fine any Text Below 127.0.0.1 localhost Then your Computer is Virus Effected so Delete Every text Below 127.0.0.1 localhost)
6. Now, Say you want to Blog Unipaybank.com then Type it like 127.0.0.1 www.unipaybank.com Below Localhost see Screenshot
7.Save the Notepad
Now open Net Browser and Try to Open www.unipaybank.com , Nothing to display . Due to Overnight DNS in Windows Host File you PC Think That www.unipaybank.com have in your Local Host and you IP Added as 127.0.0.1 so you PC Con not Fine Anything to open for That website URL
